Sprinting Tips. ๐Ÿƒโ€โžก๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โžก๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โžก๏ธ

* Establish the routine first. Get the gear, the shoes, the time and place down.

* Form before speed. Just like with lifting, it's worth moving slowly, geeking out on the small details that will ultimately become habit.

* Barefoot shoes with a forefoot strike. I like the Altra Rivera 4 in bright orange.

Sprinting will lock in athleticism, maintaining it into old age, in a way that lifting and rucking can't.

Don't sleep on it.
