Whether it was local specialties like bouriole, truffade, pounti or Salers biscuits, classic French pastries and baked goods, or childhood favourites from the supermarket, I really indulged in the food during this holiday and thoroughly enjoyed it.

But now I’m also genuinely looking forward to getting back to my healthier, more balanced way of eating 🤍
