If you want to go full tinfoil hat, you’re gonna need an Os like graphene, otherwise Google is still tracking you. Unfortunately it’s only available for pixels.

I went the opposite route, I rely on iOS, private relay(sort of like a vpn but only works with safari) and Mullvad vpn to ensure everywhere else is covered as well. No identifying information needed and you can pay with bitcoin.

For what it’s worth, there is a service called incogni that will scrape the internet for your information from the major websites and remove it.
