I'm not sure if that's aimed at me? I don't have any horse in the current disagreement thing between opensats and damus if that's being implied here?

Otherwise Damus is great from what I have seen on friends' iOS, just some UX issues like the one highlighted that can easily drive users crazy. So my suggestion is for folks to use multiple clients - that's what I do and different clients have different feel, sometimes I'm in a mood for Amethyst, sometimes Wisp (I haven't tried Damus on Android yet)
