I really like homemade jerky (no sugar), but I haven't made any in ages. Btw why do all jerky manufacturer insist on putting high fructose corn syrup in their products? It's frustrating.

My favorite is to reverse sear a tri-tip steak on my smoker. Eat some for dinner, then use leftovers for other meals during the week.

Here's another. Braise asparagus in a lot of butter. When it's nice and tender, break an egg on top and sprinkle with parmagiano reggiano. Flame should be very low. Cover. Let egg get to over easy doneness. Serve. The over easy egg with the butter will make its own sauce. Very Tasty.

Not necessarily the favorite, as that's a ribeye and asparagus. But my nightly go to in a time crunch is just ground beef in a pan, broccoli, and I make a cheddar cheese sauce for it with cheddar, heavy cream, butter, and a pinch of nutmeg and cayenne. Good shit.
