Many of us don't care about the Bitcoin price because it's pre-programmed.

What's on my mind and way more important to me:

1 - Does the world need Bitcoin? Yes.
2 - Is there a thriving open source ecosystem? Yes (this is my personal focus).
3 - Are there companies building on Bitcoin? Yes.
4 - Is Bitcoin used for everyday payments? Yes (this has most room for improvement).

1 is deterministic.
3 happens as a side-effect.

2 & 4 are what will ultimately determine the success of this project, and it's the one thing that's most in our hands. If we fail, it's on us.

The technology may be deterministic. Its place in human affairs never is.

the doctor told me I had 9 months left - so, I care about the price...

Fiat's 12% average annual debt growth since 2008 outpaces global GDP, fueling instability.

I see the fight as: 1. fiat systems (and anything associated) needs be destroyed and replaced by Bitcoin or better. 2. People need to care about one another more than they care about getting rich.

IMHO #4 is mostly dependent on the producers: those who make quality goods/services/stuff have to REFUSE Fiat, only accept bitcoin. Then to get good stuff people will seek and spend SATs

Why China not accepted Bitcoin yet?
