@LisPi i have to wait after i turn it on, like for the fresh warm water to push all the stale now-cold water out. i don't mind it so much, cause at that point i'm not wet yet. but when it gets cold mid-shower, that's very annoying..

i've lived in only like 3 apartments with extraction fans maybe, are they for humidity? here only has a window..
