I like thought of you never know when it will be your last time that you something, whether that be hugging your loved one, riding a bicycle or going sledding. At some point you don't do it & then you can't do it.
It reminds me to be in the present moment rather than trying to predict the future. To enjoy that moment because it could be my last of that particular quality.
Working out how many years you have left is quite limiting. People live to be 80 & spend most of it asleep, caught up in all the drama of the past or the imaginary future.
