Not that I’ve tried it, but there is an option called ‘Switch caching service’ in Network settings

yeah literally nobody is going to do that. Everyone is going to stick with the default. It’s ludicrously absurd to even imply otherwise. The defaults of literally every Nostr client include multiple relays and follow relay hints. The default of Primal allows them to actively control speech.
