A million dollars is useful. Fitness is useful to a point, extreme fitness, aside from professional athletes, what is the use case? It would be better to dedicate some of that effort towards acquiring the million imo.

Given that in 2025, successfully retiring at 65 and and not being destitute means you're a millionaire, that's not actually all that surprising.
