Bailing out business is a socialist/fascist behavior. Once you regulate tax and bail out businesses you are not longer capitalism. You are socialism/fascism (aka national socialism) stealing labor from those that worked hard and smart and earned it and redistributing the wealth to those that behave badly, stupidly and don't deserve it.

Capitalism doesn't bail out bad actors and let's them die like they should.

Capitalism is built on unalienable rights and individual free agency. Unalienable rights are those that cannot be taken from you, not even by a 100% majority. No government has authority over unalienable rights. Government can only infringe on them.

Socialism and Fascism are built on democracy. Democracy robs freedom of choice from minorities and individuals. Democracy is possibly the biggest oppressor of all time.
