of course it's possible. but the benefit to the network doesn't outweigh the cost. apparently the benefit doesn't even outweigh minor attribute tweaks, or we'd already be using my proposal
Exactly that is why it makes zero sense to bother with Nostr, if you are going to make a proper solution make a proper solution, key rotation and all, with strong consistency as well.
So not going all the way, when the half measures are just as unacceptable in Nostr as the full measures is a waste of time.
