Ooh. Speaking of westerns (sort of) dark tower series was oddly fun to read. It definitely could have stopped sooner, like you suggest, but the western slant of it was just too fun. Reminds me, someone, I think tekadan or pickle Dan (one of the 'dans) recommended some western recently that I wanted to add to my may read list.
