Has anyone had success getting OpenClaw to work with @PayPerQ's private models? If so, did you run into any roadblocks along the way, and how did you overcome them?

I have had no success so far. Autoclaw works fine, but once I try to enable privacy mode, everything breaks.

From what we can tell, it's not the private mode rather the model. Kimi 2.5 seems to have really poor performance in recent openclaw updates. We switched autoclaw to minimax a couple days ago and seems to have some improvements, but minimax is not available from our private model provider yet.
