I worked out, to run Manchester to Brussels twice daily, you need two terminals (and Stratford’s relatively easy!), and SNCF to lease the 373s they have in storage, and the WCML/NLL paths. As far as I can see, that’s it. Perfect case for open access. Would be great if someone picked that up, wouldn’t it.
