Dang it! Just bought napa cabbage instead of bok choy by mistake. Pretty much the same thing, still good for ramen and soups.. right? #foodstr
Yeah, in fact its better for soup dishes than bok choy imo. Napa is what is used for kimchi. Also, when cut up and boiled in a soup, it adds a surprising amount of sweetness to the soup.
