I don't know about seed entropy but I've read horror stories about them sometimes not working when people try to unseal them to reveal the spend key. I used a couple a few years ago and didn't have an issue.

It may depend on the version of Open Dime….? But they don’t function the same way as a Cold Card. For example, Open Dime doesn’t have a 12 words / seed phrase.
