There was a building in NYC that was built wrong and caused the elevators to be mega slow. Everyone was complaining. But instead of spending millions to replace the elevators, they just put mirrors in the lobby, and everyone got distracted looking at themselves they stopped complaining.

one reason wisp feels fast is we do some pre-loading, but users are too distracted looking at themselves to notice 🙂
