Don't worry too much, they are addicted to printing money. Bought an apartment in 2015, it doubled in 10 years, but the first few years were a bumpy ride, nerves went away when I stopped keeping an eye on prices.

It has only begun. This ones not a historically comparable correction, it is a systemic shift in the real estate market.
