Diet is so easy. If there is more than one ingredient and you don’t understand what it is, don’t eat it. Other than, avoid single ingredient food that bother you in some way. That’s all human have to do

I have never stopped eating carbs, even when I was bodybuilding and cutting.. And ive been as low as 5% BF. You don't have to if you know your body and know what you're doing. And its more sustainable

I tend to agree but there may be something about herbicides, or possibly having meat only for some time may reset the gut in a different way than some other diet.
