Don't do it. Stay on 22.04 Gnome if you're using Pop OS. Cosmic is pretty, but unusable for any kind of remotely serious work. There are settings that don't exist in the GUI anymore, interactions with browsers that make them suck, battery settings on desktop, SSH can't display the passphrase pop-up,...
