You are making a category error. Nostr =/= TCP/IP. In this context the TCP/IP would be either Schnorr, SHA256, JSON or Websockets. And Nostr would be akin to the INTERNET.
Do you realize how much marketing and educational material people made around this notion of the INTERNET? Do you realize everybody understands what you mean when you say INTERNET? People use the word INTERNET in conversation all the time.
