Tryed my hand at that steak haché and peppercorn sauce recipie I found. I feel like it was a mistake to use ground beef instead of doing the mince myself. The sauce definitely made the meal here but my texture was off. Gonna have to try again soon. *sarcastic oh nooooo sounds* #foodstr
