If your property depends on the state protection then the ledger should also be run by the state, blockchains won't be nearly as efficient.

Blockchains only make sense if the ledger itself is the final source of truth and doesn't have external secuity dependencies

If you lost the private keys to your tokenized house, should it be abandoned forever? Does your private key protect you from robbers trying to break in? If no then don't use a blockchain

If you're buying a house and it's recorded on a blockchain it's going to be some kind of kyc blockchain where your real world identity is linked to your keys. In which case, you lost your keys, you would still own the house, you just wouldn't be able to sell it again

Yeah, but the database should at least be public so individuals or orgs can back it up themselves. Otherwise you get Cuba or Israel.

One of my concerns is transnational capital driving the price of energy up on purpose so that they can cripple the hashpower of plebs. Get 51% by just turning people off.

That’s exactly why all those things—RWA, STO, and the like—are basically scams.

I have to explain this to people all the time. They still don’t get it. They really seem to want their “tokenized”stocks and houses and supply chains…
