Does anyone have any non-traditional beef stew type recipes that they use with their stew meat my family doesn’t really love traditional beef stew, but I don’t know what else to make.
I’m a big fan of Pazole. A Mexican stew with chiles and hominy, it traditionally uses pork belly but it’s great with beef stew meat too.
