It's an irregular one, sometimes text or voice memos, but it's been a good thing. Make a voice memo and play it back to yourself. Good to know how you sound and talk, if nothing else.

Been there. Was something I did before bed for awhile. Now for an hour before bed I do the 7 things my wife starts asking me to do before getting into bed 30+ min after I planned to.
