Agreed. This should be a lesson to all self custody BTC holders. Going to upgrade my security. People using single sig should consider multi sig or at least a BIP-39 passphrase
I’m not a lawyer, but it looks like there is evidence of a crime on display here. Gross negligence can be proven court.
