valid points and concerns. i don't want to break userspace and abandon content. we can display both kinds. or course a client could choose to not display both kinds as well.
Yep that's what will happen, some clients will and some won't, and we will just slowly bleed off more users who get frustrated and don't really understand why their replies are broken. And it circles back to my original note, we don't give two shits about users here, all about the devs and what they want.
