having an overflow blockchain makes sense when there are high fees tho then we can have a 3rd when that one gets full. everybody can decide if they want to pay for Bitcoin1 security or have cheap Bitcoin3 payments

Yeah, liquid feels like a stop-gap solution until it's inevitably obsoleted by a better alternative; but, it's working for me so far vs the trade-offs that other currently available solutions offer.

I don’t like it because it’s a honeypot. It will get captured the moment it becomes a target due to heavy adoption by the β€œwrong” people to scale or gain privacy. The idea that 15 corporations most located in GAE-adjacent regimes would be able to resist pressure is risible.
