If you add it to your NIP-65 list of "write" relays then all clients that do outbox should automatically start showing those posts to the people that follow you that you also follow right away.

To publish there you must include the "-" tag (NIP-70), which means others can't take your post and automatically republish it elsewhere because other relays won't accept the post unless it is published by your own hands (with AUTH). The "-" is supported in most relays, but obviously any relay can ...

I like this. I know it'll take some time to gain footing, but I think this will alleviate a lot of concern for many. One the few endearing things about FB is the ability to expand and contract one's reach, without needing to be in some secret club or topic oriented group.
