I wouldnt do it. There's no real point. I used to do it but then most of what goes into /home is so specific to your system its not easy to just replace your system and keep it. What I did do was create a second partition and make all the crap directories, like Downloads and Documents and such, syml...

Also with brtfs a swap file is recommended over a swap partition
