You'd be a vacuum cleaner cleaner, which is one title too many. The machine is misnamed anyway. It never cleans a vacuum; it creates a partial vacuum inside, and the higher atmospheric pressure outside pushes the dirt in. So really it cleans with a vacuum, not the other way around.
