Interesting. How long do you think this protective effect of no seed oil and higher ruminant products takes to occur?

Linoleic acid (the most detrimental component of seed oils) has a half life of ≈ 4 years but that is for what has accrued in the flesh and fat stores of the body.

I’m not sure about direct consumption as your body excretes PUFA’s that end up at the natural end point on the skin’s surface, massively amplifying propensity to burn.

This period doesn’t feel like too long (maybe measured in days after consumption) but I have no scientific knowledge so can’t really say.

Interesting. And are we talking all vegetable oils, or just the ones high in linoleic acid? For example, is olive oil fine?
