I never went back to post it but I greatly enjoyed this book (pendulum). In fact I think that I just deciphered the weird instances I had 3-4 times in my life from age 27 onwards, which are kundalini spurts of energy from my lower back upwards. The symptoms described match exactly what I experienced.
