so i beleive measurement is a barrier here. like i can qualitfy how many npubs are active on the relays i moderate but there are hundreds of other relays and even if i was able to locate them all it would be questionable wether i could translate that data into anything meaningful. in short, i think it is dificult to speak to a centralized metric in a decentralized space. so perhaps there's a more relevant question we should be asking instead 🤷🏻‍♂️
