⚡️💬 Sorry for my absence this morning. I spent part of it doing temp work (what we call “intérim” in French). I’m not sure if this exists in every country, but trust me, you’re not missing anything.
These new slave traders of a different kind are ruthless in their pursuit of profit at your expense and through your hard work. I wish I never had to set foot in there again. I immediately felt uneasy when I opened the door and spoke to one of the slave masters sitting behind his computer, ready to sell my body and my energy for €10 an hour in a factory where I had to repeat the same movement 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
On top of that, the only advice I get from those around me is: create a LinkedIn account...
But what I hear is: "Put yourself on display like the prostitutes in Amsterdam and wait for a passerby (recruiter) to take an interest in you."
This renews my hatred of the world of work. I'm going to stop looking for work. I'm going to CREATE MY OWN WORK.
