Has a lot to do with eating processed grains, sugars, dairy, processed meats, and the chemicals.

Stick to eating these five things (and healthier oils) to get your liver to clear its own fats so it can detox your body.

1. Lean meats. Chicken, Beef, Turkey. No processed meats, so not bacon, sausage, deli meats, e5c.

2. Eggs

3. Fruits

4. Vegetables

5. Parmesan cheese. No other dairy products.

6. Olive oil, coconut oil ... no seed oils

Do that for a month or so and you may see your blood pressure and cholesterol normalize.
