Being high is an interesting experience. I sometimes come up with very interesting realizations. Idk why but being in a different state of mind makes it easier to connect dots you never thought of before. Obviously sometimes the ideas make no sense on the following day when you read what you wrote lmao. But other times it makes total sense.

For example, I have a problem with teeth grinding while asleep because of stress and maybe anger. I’ve also gotten a couple white hairs that I didn’t have before. I’m sure my cortisol is higher than normal. And I just realized what they mean by stress being a silent killer. It’s not just a heart attack. It’s killing all parts of your body. My teeth are more sensitive now from the teeth grinding. I’ve grinded my teeth so hard that my jaw swelled up and then created an ear infection from the swelling. I ended up perforating my ear drum and it makes swimming not really a good because I’m more prone to ear infections. If you have a lot of stress, try to find healthy ways to deal with it or your health will suffer without you realizing it.

But that’s my realization while high today. Stress being a silent killer is a literal statement, not a metaphor or analogy.

Qi gong or tai chi a game changer for me. If done everyday things just get better.
