I've been using @GrapheneOS in desktop mode yesterday for all my work. You can plug in a display, keyboard and mouse, and you have a full desktop environment with all your apps, windows, etc. And it's pretty good. The only problem is the device gets pretty hot doing all that work.

I can work without a laptop now. External foldable keyboard, any monitor (hotel TV with HDMI input is enough).
