What is it that doesn't work in the mute features? Three things I'd like to see: 1. Private vs public mute list 2. Have clients respect the mute list of people I follow (with a way to unhide replies) 3. A way to more broadly mute users if they create new accounts

Nostr clients need to force PoW to send/see notes, until then we'll continue to get spammed by bots
