Miners appear to be captured, they’re signalling they want spam and CSAM for a fee. Some say BIP-110 was a small number of people trying to change the rules. They tried to roll back Core Devs’ changes, v30+ represents less than 15% and that minority is pushing a change nobody agreed too.

Too late now. Bitcoin is now CSAM coin. Next will come big blocks. Then they'll bust out 42 million allowable Bitcoin and the 84 million, etc.

Like Jeff always says, there can be no centralization in a free market. That means there is plenty of opportunity for other miners to enter.
