We customised the zap stream backend to use CloudFlare stream. CF is very fast and stable for streaming, has recording, replays and instant social clipping all built in.

I watched your replay and it recorded flawlessly, no butter, no lag. Everything looks good from a capture perspective. I guess that most viewers would have had a good viewing experience.

I don't have an easy explanation for why you struggled to view it.
