I think a special case can be made for mobile services if the transaction and goods/service provided is recorded on video and the transaction shows up on the Paytaca recent transactions. Mainly it is just to limit the ability of people to fake transactions since we have already had a few trying.

That sounds fair. Mobile businesses are a real part of the BCH economy, so recording the service being provided together with the BCH payment seems like a practical way to verify transactions while preventing abuse. Thanks for the clarification.
