Is there a way to stop wlroots compositors from dropping the frame rate of hidden windows (e.g. on other virtual desktops) down to 1?

@nprofile1q... It does seem like the core Wayland folks have no intention of changing that. :( IIRC the “fix” is that (all) games should be rewritten to decouple rendering from everything else since that’s a better practice anyway.
