What do you guys think about Dr. Jack Kruse? I was listening to him on the Breedlove podcast but I don’t understand a lot of what he’s saying. I’m not even saying that he’s wrong but how the fuck am I supposed to verify his position when I don’t understand what a soloton is? And I’m not ready to study quantum physics lol fuck that

I can confirm a few things he's saying actually. Experimented by doing a day of heavy blue light screen exposure, was absolutely brainfried at the end. Then tried another day doing the same thing but with the screen set to a warm red tint and I was fine afterwards. Now I'm always turning down blue ...

It's worth exploring. I haven't seen the Breedlove episodes yet, but I've seen others featuring him. Really hot takes. I liked that he emphasized on his provocative style. Definitely keeping an eye on him further.
