It's been a frustrating week. I'm on Day 62 clean, now in the home stretch.
Last two days were agonizing. Been overthinking dating and approaching women. Burned out trying to do too much. Gave myself permission to take a break yesterday and cried. Wanted to relapse for relief but held the line.
I haven't lifted this week due to the frustration and needing a break. I'm hungry like a rabid beast, but at the very least I think I have that hunger somewhat reined in.
