As much as I believe Chippy is not the ideal candidate I also believe he is a far better option than the status quo. I fear targeting Chippy as the problem will not help change the government.
As once a long time Labour supporter and now Green voter for the last 3 elections I instead focus on encouraging anyone unhappy with Chippy or the neoliberal influences within the Labour Party to party vote Green.
Sending a strong message to Labour and growing the Greens presence in parliament, hopefully government is the only way of achieving a more positive outcome for Aotearoa NZ.
