I tried capcut video editor. My review:

1. Way too complicated. Too many buttons, too many menus. Yes, I can learn it in a few days, but I'd rather press a single button.

2. They essentially charge a monthly subscription for a few premium audio effects -- which you can now generate for a few pennies with AI tools.

Seeing how THIS is one of the better rated tools on the market, I am 100% confident that there is room for a new product that does away with 90% of this complexity.
