Consume information critically, my friends. It's not always outright lies. Frequently there are significant truths included to give weight & plausibility to the narrative.
Narrative is one of the key things to keep an eye on. When you recognize a particular narrative ask who benefits from it & what things would support or disprove such a narrative. Then observe if the content you're interacting with actually engages with those things or simply glides along past any complications.
