The big issue is people just need to be able to download an app from the App Store. That app can run on nostr but it can’t be anymore complicated than that.

Things are at a point now, that if you were willing to sit down with each member & set things up with them, it wouldn't be very hard to do. Just time consuming. Maybe not perfect but what ever is?
